Ordered online, still had to wait 30 minutes in the shop when went to collect. Got home and 2 things were missing from the order - couldn't face driving across town again. Food is always good, but let down by a poor service. If the shop cannot manage the online orders due to busy times they should limit them like others do.

Used Pauls for delivery since moving into the area everything fresh and hot for me it's excellent

Pissed off twice I’ve ordered and youse haven’t turned up. Me and the bairns waited ages again last night defo won’t order again. Could have emailed explaining why I didn’t receive my order!!

Ordered food for an elderly family member. The food was delivered 30 minutes early and appeared to have been heated up and was disappointing. Would recommend going to shop as previous food has been good.

Still waiting on my order that was ordered 31/12/23 at 20.16. What’s the point of providing a phone number that never gets answered, having tried 8-10 times. Rings for 3 minutes then disconnects. Guess they switch the phones off to avoid hearing from hacked off customers who want to report non delivery of order. Thank goodness I didn’t pay by card, or I may have had another WAIT to be reimbursed . Used this place for years, but it ends now.

Placed order via website. Order was confirmed but was not picked up in store therefore wasn't ready for collection. Reason we placed order was to ensure we had time to eat it before going out.

Didn't get what I ordered because it wasn't cooked. Items should be the first thing put on if they take awhile to cook. Hopefully I'll be refunded for this
