One of the meals was all boxed and sitting on counter for 5 mins whilst other being cooked, had put instructions on for salt and sauce and not on, felt too busy with the deliveries and this was more concentrated on. Not the 1 st time it’s been like this when in.

Ordered fish supper received 2 pieces of fish very impressed will definitely order again delivery driver was friendly too.

Delivery time was alright . However when the Food came it was shocking , I’d ordered a chippy box and the fritters were like chunks of batter with no potato in them and the fish was so greasy it was horrible , chips seemed like they were bottom of the barrel been reheated very disappointing. I also ordered the new ‘Mac n cheese melt box’ after seeing a photo on Facebook and let me tell you the actual meal is nothing like the photo the pasta is NOT the same . It was the most bland tasteless macaroni ever no flavour , again the chips were not good and the cheesey garlic bread was black round the edges and freezing cold like it had been left sitting . Disappointed

Great food delivered however was later than first estimated which too k the shine off. The food was worth the wait.

Had to call shops as delivery took 1 1/2 instead of 40 minutes. Very polite girl told me it was due to a lack of delivery drivers and apologised for the wait. Food was no longer hot on arrival.

Ridiculous service. Ordered food, via the app, 1 1/2hours later we called the restaurant to be told they’d cancelled the delivery because we were outwith their delivery area. No notification, no cancellation email, no SMS. Secondary to this, app shouldn’t have let us order. Don’t waste your time.
