First time im not happy. Fritters where horrible

Great as usual never had fritters since I was a kid and wasn't disappointed

Had to call shops as delivery took 1 1/2 instead of 40 minutes. Very polite girl told me it was due to a lack of delivery drivers and apologised for the wait. Food was no longer hot on arrival.

Ridiculous service. Ordered food, via the app, 1 1/2hours later we called the restaurant to be told they’d cancelled the delivery because we were outwith their delivery area. No notification, no cancellation email, no SMS. Secondary to this, app shouldn’t have let us order. Don’t waste your time.

Food was good, decent portions, reasonable price. At pick up service was best described as chaotic, and a bit slow. Got charged for a carrier bag that I did not get. Need to sharpen up.

Ordered online, still had to wait 30 minutes in the shop when went to collect. Got home and 2 things were missing from the order - couldn't face driving across town again. Food is always good, but let down by a poor service. If the shop cannot manage the online orders due to busy times they should limit them like others do.

Used Pauls for delivery since moving into the area everything fresh and hot for me it's excellent

Pissed off twice I’ve ordered and youse haven’t turned up. Me and the bairns waited ages again last night defo won’t order again. Could have emailed explaining why I didn’t receive my order!!
